Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Grease a loaf pan.
  3. Combine flour, baking powder and salts in a small bowl, and set aside.
  4. In another bowl whip softened butter and beaten eggs together.
  5. Stir flour mixture into butter-egg mixture.
  6. Add onion, peppers, cheese and mushrooms.
  7. Mix well (batter will be stiff).
  8. Pour into loaf pan and back 50-60 minutes.
