Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place onion in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil.
  2. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain and allow to cool.
  4. Place onion and remaining ingredients, except olive oil, in a food
  5. Processor and blend to a fine paste, adding a little water if necessary.
  6. Place on a serving platter, sprinkle with oil and serve.
