  1. Préparation
  2. Wash and cut cauliflower. do not cut into very small pieces , you don't want to have bits of caulifower,.
  3. Place cauliflowers with the garlic cloves. in boiling water .cook covered in a pan for 10minutes.
  4. Smash the garlic in a container, add cumin, salt, paprika, finely chopped parsley, olive oil and vinegar.
  5. Mix delicately together .
