Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb carrot
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar (more or less to taste, or sweetener may be substituted)

Directions:

  1. Blend until the carrots are shredded, don't pulverize them!
  2. Serve VERY cold in a juice glass with a spoon.
