Ingredients:

  • 2 cups croutons
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk ( skim for a low fat option)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Cover and chill 3-24 hours.
  3. Bake 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
