Mom's Roast Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 dash pepper

Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, simmer diced onion in butter until tender.
  2. Add Catsup, water, vinegar, brown sugar, worcestershire, salt, mustard, and pepper.
  3. Stir and heat until it boils.
  4. Pour over roast of your choice and veggies if desired. Bake your roast as you normally would.
