  1. Season the pork shoulder with salt and pepper. Roast in 325 degree oven until done - about 6 to 8 hours. It should fall off the bone. When cool remove all bone and fat and shred and marine in the following sauce. For the sauce: melt the margarine and cook onion until soft. Add other ingredients and simmer for 25 minutes. Add peppercorns. The pork should marinate in the sauce at least over night - just before serving ,heat but do not boil.
