Ingredients:

  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can tomato soup

Directions:

  1. Place ground beef in large bowl.
  2. Rip 2 slices of bread in tiny pieces and place in bowl with ground beef.
  3. Add egg, salt, and pepper and mix together with hands.
  4. Turn mixture out into a casserole dish or metal baking pan deep enough to contain the juices that will render during cooking.
  5. Shape mixture into a loaf shape.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  7. Drain meatloaf and pour 1 can tomato soup on top of meatloaf.
  8. Bake for 10 more minutes.
  9. Meatloaf goes good with mashed potatoes and corn.
