Ingredients:

  • 8 slices bread
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Butter the sliced bread on one side.
  2. Place as many slices as desired on a greased cookie sheet, buttered side up.
  3. Using the top of a round cup, cut a hole in the middle of the bread, set cutouts aside.
  4. Crack an egg into each cut out circle, salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Spread honey and cinnamon on the extra cut outs, place on the cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 350* for 15 minutes.
