Mom's Favorite Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
  • 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375°.
  2. Beat eggs well.
  3. Add all other filling ingredients and mix well.
  4. Pour into shell.
  5. Bake for 55 minutes, or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
