Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp clove
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups pumpkin (15 oz can)
  • 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk

Directions:

  1. Combine sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg,cloves and salt.
  2. In a seperate bowl lightly beat the eggs
  3. Stir in the pumpkin and the sugar/spice mixture mixing well.
  4. Gradually add the evaporated milk.
  5. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes.
