Good Ol' Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup pumpkin

Directions:

  1. Combine sugar, spices and flour.
  2. Add all other ingredients and beat until smooth.
  3. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  4. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
  5. Reduce oven temperature to 350 and bake another 45 minutes or until knife blade comes out clean when inserted in center of pie.
