  1. Preheat oven to 375. in a heavy 2 quart saucepan melt butter.meanwhile on a piece of wax paper combine bread crumb cheese garlic salt basil and oregano pound the chicken and cut into 12 pieces, then dip in melted butter, roll in crumbs and place in sprayed baking dish and put in oven for about 20 minutes. meanwhile add wine parsley and onion to butter mix when chicken is golden brown pour mixture over it and let cook another 3- 5 minutes.
