Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat large nonstick pan on medium high for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add butter, olive oil, garlic, red pepper, shrimp to pan.
  3. Cook for 3-4 minutes until just pink.
  4. Deglaze pan with white wine.
  5. Cook 1-2 minutes longer.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Add lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley.
  8. Serve immediately.
