Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine first three ingredients in a saucepan and heat. Do Not boil.
  3. Mix rest of ingredients well with electric mixer or stir well.
  4. Pour batter into greased and floured 9x13 baking pan.
  5. Pour heated cherry mixture over the batter. Do not mix.
  6. Bake 350 for about 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
  7. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream on top (optional).
