Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup butter or 1 cup shortening
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 6 cups flour
  • flour, enough to make stiff dough

Directions:

  1. 1. Cream Butter and Sugar.
  2. 2. Slowly add milk and eggs.
  3. 3. Add vanilla and Baking Powder. Mix well.
  4. 4. Add enough flour to make dough stiff enough to roll (about 6-7 cups).
  5. 5. Roll on floured surface about 1/8 inch thick.
  6. 6. Place and cookie sheet and decorate if desired.
  7. 7. Bake at 350 degres for 6-8 minutes until lightly brown.
