Ingredients:

  • 5 cup flour
  • 1-1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lb. butter or margarine
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Cream the butter and sugar,add eggs one at a time,add vanilla. Mix flour,baking powder and salt together. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Mix well. Can be put in cookie press or dropped by teaspoonfuls on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees till ligt tan,about 10 mins?.
  2. Great with a little jam in the center or can make sandwich cookies out of them. Delicious and rich.
