Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all of the dry ingredients together.
  2. Mix together oil, eggs, corn syrup and vanilla.
  3. Add to dry ingredients.
  4. Fold in nuts.
  5. Spread in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan ( I put baking paper down first and then spread mix into the pan ).
  6. Bake 25-27 minutes ( again cooking time will vary based on your oven ) in a 350 degrees oven ( 160 degrees regular oven or 140 degrees in a forced fan oven here in Australia ).
  7. Brownies are done when a toothpick is inserted in the middle and it comes out clean.
  8. Cool and frost with your favorite chocolate icing :o)
  9. Enjoy!
