Ingredients:

  • preheat oven- 350
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder and 4 tsp veg. oil (or , 4 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate)
  • 3/4 cup canola oil ( or 3/4 cup. shortening)
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup. white flour
  • 1/4 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • (opt.) 1 cup. chopped nuts
  • bake at 350* for 30 mins. (don'tsp overbake.)

Directions:

  1. In a bowl stir together first three ingredients.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla and stir in
  3. Add flours, powder, soda and salt - Then stir until blended
  4. Turn out into a greased 9x13x2
