Mom's Cocoa Powder Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes in an 8x8 or 9x9 pan.
  3. Allow to cool before cutting.
