Mom's Blueberry Bran Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup shortening
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 2 cups bran
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup of blueberries

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Cream Brown sugar and shortening
  3. Add two eggs and molasses, stir
  4. Combine all ingredients well and add one cup of blueberries
  5. Bake for 15-20 mins
