Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and slice Vidalias into thin rings.
  2. Saute in margarine until tender.
  3. Place 1/2 of Vidalias into 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and crushed crackers.
  5. Repeat layers, ending with crumbs.
  6. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
