Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Mash bananas.
  2. Mix first 5 ingredients until blended.
  3. Mix in remaining ingredients.
  4. Bake at 375 in small muffin pans until deep brown.
