Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Process asparagus in a food processor with the metal blade until smooth. Transfer to a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir in tomato, onion, lemon juice, mayonnaise, garlic salt, chili powder and hot sauce.
  3. Line a colander or strainer with paper towels. Add mixture and let drain 1 hour.
  4. Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
