Directions:

  1. Prepare pastry shell.
  2. Cream butter in medium bowl then gradually add sugar and cream well.
  3. Cool melted chocolate then blend into butter sugar mixture with instant coffee.
  4. Add eggs one at a time beating very well after each addition.
  5. Turn into baked pastry shell and chill 2 hours.
  6. Just before serving top with whipped cream.
