Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter (or margarine)
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (you don'tsp have to use the entire 1/4 cup. if some is left over, that's fine!)

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a microwave safe cup.
  2. Add white and brown sugar and vanilla and salt, Stir.
  3. Add egg yolk, stir again (should be a soupy consistency).
  4. Add Flour and stir (should start to resemble cookie dough at this point).
  5. Add chocolate chips and stir final time.
  6. Microwave for 40-60 seconds!
  7. Enjoy (with or without milk of course!).
