Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 4 drops green food coloring
  • 2 cups whipping cream whipped
  • 1 cup miniature chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. In large bowl combine milk, water, extract and food coloring.
  2. Fold in whipped cream and chocolate chips.
  3. Pour into a foil lined loaf pan.
  4. Cover and freeze for 6 hours.
  5. Lift out of the pan and remove foil then slice.
