Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Thaw dough at room temperature for about 2 hours.
  2. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Heat about 1 inch of oil in a skillet or deep-fat fryer to 375 degrees.
  5. Stretch or roll each piece of dough into a flat ear shape.
  6. Fry a few at a time for 1 1/2 minutes per side or until browned.
  7. Drain on paper towels.
  8. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle generous 1 1/4 tsp of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on each ear.
