  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Combine Bisquick Heart Smart and milk to make the biscuit dough
  3. Push dough to the bottom and sides of a mini muffin tray but leave room in the middle for the filling
  4. In a seperate bowl combine spinach, cottage cheese, and pre-cooked, crumbled bacon. mix well.
  5. Carefully put a little bit of the mixture into the center of each biscuit cup and top with cheddar cheese
  6. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until biscuit is fully cooked. Make sure to keep an eye on them so as to not burn.
