Ingredients:

  • arabic meatballs
  • 500 g lamb mince
  • s &p
  • 1/2 tsp ground chilli
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp smoky paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Process the onion with all but the meat.
  2. Add to meat and mix thoroughly with wet hands.
  3. Roll teaspoonfuls into balls with wet hands,
  4. Place on a oiled baking tray and bake at 180˚C for 20 minutes - swapping over trays if more than one is used.
  5. Serve with a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of finely chopped coriander if liked.
  6. Notes:
  7. Can be added to casseroles or served with hot cooked vegetables, chickpea curry or in pilaffs.
