Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a microwave safe 2-quart casserole, place in butter and cook until melted.
  2. Remove and stir in parsley flakes, lemon juice, garlic and salt.
  3. Add shrimp; toss to coat.
  4. Cover and microwave on hight for 3 - 5 minutes.
  5. Cooking time will vary with the size of the shrimp. When cooked, shrimp will be pink.
  6. Serve over hot cooked rice and sprinkle with paprika.
