Grilled Lemon Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 lb butter
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 3 dashes tabasco sauce
  • 2 tsp flour

Directions:

  1. Sauce-.
  2. Heat butter and garlic in small saucepan over low heat stirring constantly until butter is melted.
  3. Blend in flour.
  4. Cook over low heat until mixture is bubbly.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  7. Heat to a boil stirring constantly place chicken pieces on medium grill skin side down.
  8. Cook for about 20 min then turn and cook for 20 minutes.
  9. Baste with sauce turning often as not to burn about 10 more minutes, basting often.
