Microwave Peanut Brittle

Ingredients:

  • pinch salt (optional)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tea. baking soda

Directions:

  1. Grease baking sheet and set aside
  2. In microwave glass bowl, combine peanuts,sugar, corn syrup & salt
  3. Cook in microwave 6-7 minutes on high
  4. Mixture should be bubbly.
  5. Stir in butter and vanilla
  6. Cook 2-3 minutes longer
  7. Quickly stir in baking soda until foamy
  8. Pour on greased sheet
  9. Let cool 15 minutes
  10. Break into pieces
  11. Store in air tight container
  12. ENJOY!
