Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a microwave-safe dish, add potatoes and toss with butter to coat.
  2. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, seasoned salt and pepper and toss.
  3. Cover and microwave on high for 6-8 minutes or until tender, turning once.
  4. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley.
