Microwave Caramel Corn

Ingredients:

  • 16 cups popped corn
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:

  1. Place popped corn in large paper grocery bag.
  2. In glass mixing bowl place butter, brown sugar, corn syrup. microwave 1 1/2 min or until it boils stir well microwave for 3 min stirring twice.
  3. Remove from micro and add vanilla & baking soda. stir well pour over popped corn in paper bag roll down top of bag shake well to mix.
  4. Micro for 1 minute shake bag
  5. Micro for 1 min shake bag.
  6. Micro 1/2 min shake bag.
  7. Micro 1/2 min shake bag.
  8. Slit bag open and stir to loosen corn.
