Ingredients:

  • 2 large cans of chicken broth
  • 16 oz can of mild salsa
  • 1 can of black beans
  • 1 can mexicicorn
  • 1/4 cup orzo pasta or rice

Directions:

  1. Empty all ingredients into sauce pan. Bring to a boil.
  2. Pour into bowls to serve.
  3. Top with crushed tortilla chips and shredded cheese.
