So fast, it's crazy! Great for this time of year when we are all so busy.
Ingredients:
2 large cans of chicken broth
16 oz can of mild salsa
1 can of black beans
1 can mexicicorn
1/4 cup orzo pasta or rice
Directions:
1. Empty all ingredients into sauce pan. Bring to a boil.
2. Pour into bowls to serve.
3. Top with crushed tortilla chips and shredded cheese.
