Ingredients:

  • 3 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Stir together 3 cups sugar and 2 1/2
  2. Cups fresh lime juice in a large punch
  3. Bowl until sugar is dissolved. Stir in 12
  4. Cups water, 1 (1 -liter) bottle sparkling
  5. Water, and 1 (750-milliliter) bottle dry
  6. Red wine. Serve over ice. Garnish
  7. With lime and kumquat slices.
