Ingredients:

  • 1 gallon fresh ripe fruit (anything you desire)
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1/2 gallon vodka (or more if needed)

Directions:

  1. Stuff a one gallon jar with fresh ripe fruit.
  2. If plums or cherries are used, take pits out.
  3. If berries are used, leave whole.
  4. If pears or apples are used, cut them, leaving out the cores.
  5. Add 2 to 3 cups sugar.
  6. Cover with vodka.
  7. Put a lid on the jar.
  8. Let stand for 2 to 3 months.
