Mexican Fruit Cake Ugly Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup sugar
  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (8oz.) package. cream cheese
  • 1 stick margarine or butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

  1. Combine sugar, flour, eggs, baking soda, crushed pineapple, & nuts. Mix thoroughly. Pour into 13x9 greased and floured pan.
  2. Bake 30 to 40 minutes until spongy to touch.
  3. * DO NOT drain pineapple
  4. For frosting:
  5. Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, margarine & vanilla until creamy.
  6. Pour onto cake while cake is still hot. Makes a pudding on top.
  7. Enjoy!!
