Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups sugar
  • nuts (optional)
  • 1 tbsp oleo
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Beat: Eggs, oil, pumpkin.
  2. Mix together: flour, baking powder, salt, soda, cinnamon.
  3. Add to pumpkin mixture, add nuts.
  4. Frosting:mix until well blended.
  5. (may need more then a# of powder sugar).
  6. Spread on cooled pumpkin bars.
