Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a 13 x 9 inch pan with cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, stir togetherthe 3 kinds of soup and the Rotel.
  4. Stir in the chicken.
  5. Layer the tortillas and the chicken mixture in the pan, beginning and ending with tortillas.
  6. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
  7. Top with olives and the sliced jalapenos.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes.
  9. Use sour cream and lettuce for garnish.
