Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Process all ingredients(except chips) in food processor until smooth,scraping down sides of the bowl as necessary,about 1 min. Transfer cheese mixture to center of large sheet of plastic wrap.
  2. Holding corners of wrap in one hand,twist cheese with other hand to seal wrap and shape cheese into rough ball.. (mixture will be somewhat loose). Refrigerate till firm,about 3 hours. Once cheese ball is firm, reshape as necessary into smooth sphere.
  3. Unwrap ball and roll in tortilla chips. Let sit at room temp for 15 mins before serving.
