Ingredients:

  • 2 cups bisquick
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix Bisquick, milk and eggs in medium bowl.
  2. Stir in sugar, baking powder, lemon juice and vanilla.
  3. Don't stir too much, batter should be lumpy.
  4. Pour 1/4 cupfuls of batter on preheated greased griddle.
  5. Cook until edges are dry and turn, cook until pancakes are golden.
