Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp melted margarine or 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • raspberry jam (you can be generous with the jam or just put a little on depending on taste)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients for the base and put into greased 8X8 pan.
  2. Spread jam over base.
  3. Mix the topping together well and spread over jam.
  4. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.
  5. Cool and cut into squares.
