Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a big mixing bowl -
  2. Mix all ingredients together in bowl, just as they come.
  3. Then form 4 equal sized patties about 1 inch thick
  4. Pre-heat large, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the 2 tablespoons of Extra-virgin olive oil to the skillet to coat the bottom of the pan in a thin layer.
  6. Add patties to skillet.
  7. Cook 6-7 minutes on each side.
  8. Enjoy a healthy, flavorful burger!
  9. Suggest pairing with the Fattoush Salad!
  10. Note: You could also just through these burgers on the grill!
