Mediterranean Chi-Chi Burgers

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup of grated feta
  • 1/4 cup of chopped olive (dont sqeeze out all the juice)
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tsp cayenne
  • 4 tbsp mild paprika
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp cayenne

Directions:

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together and let sit in the fridge for 15 minutes or so . Remove from fridge and make 8 patties . BBQ till done. Serve with grilled eggplant and lettuce or anything else you like on your burger . Can also be called sausage burger. ENJOY!
