Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs ground beef , 80/20
  • 6 oz crackers
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Knead all ingredients together.
  2. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
