Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Flatten Ground Beef into large baking dish.
  2. Break egg onto beef.
  3. Distribute remaining ingredients evenly onto beef surface.
  4. Fold meat into itself, fold n press, repeat. Until ingredients are well mixed.
  5. Flatten again and cut into 8 equal pieces.
  6. Roll equal pieces into a ball shape.
  7. Flatten using wax paper and a plate for pressure (6 - 7 plate works best).
  8. Peel burger from bottom of plate.
  9. Lightly salt on each side before cooking.
  10. Cook about 3-5 minutes on each side.
  11. Fix Burger & Enjoy.
