  1. Preheat the over to 400 degrees. Using a large bowl, mix meat with all the spices and 1/4 cup of the oat bran. Use your hands to mix. Measure out 1.5 ounce portions and put on a sheet. Roll into balls, then roll in the remaining 1/4 cup of oat flour, and place in individual miniature muffin tins. Bake 20 mins or until golden brown and cooked through.
